Who am I, why do I do this work & what is my testimonial?

I’m Anna Lucille, also known as Lucille Tapping, and I am a trauma informed Certified EFT Tapping Practitioner.

My journey into this work is deeply personal. I’ve spent almost a decade in traditional therapy and have been practicing EFT tapping for the past 5 years. I discovered EFT during a time when I was navigating anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and other personal challenges.

Out of everything I explored; therapy, yoga, meditation, exercise, and various forms of body-based healing, EFT tapping was the approach that created the most meaningful and lasting shifts for me. It helped me reach the root of what I was experiencing in a way that felt both safe and challenging enough to see and feel true change in my body and mind.

That experience is what led me here. I became passionate about guiding others through this powerful technique so they can experience their own breakthroughs, healing, and sense of relief.

I believe EFT tapping offers a unique and supportive way to release emotional stress, shift limiting beliefs, move through heavy emotions and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe and understood, but also challenged and empowered as you move through your own journey.

What is EFT tapping & how does it actually work?

EFT tapping is a holistic, mind-body approach that blends elements of modern psychology with principles from traditional Chinese medicine. It works by combining gentle, guided focus on thoughts, emotions, memories, and experiences while simultaneously tapping on specific acupressure (meridian) points on the body.

This process helps calm the nervous system while allowing you to safely explore and process difficult emotions or past experiences. Over time, it can support the creation of a new, more balanced relationship with those thoughts and feelings.

One of the reasons EFT is so powerful is because it engages both the mind and body. It allows us to access deeper emotional patterns, including subconscious beliefs and stored emotional responses that may not always be reached through traditional talk-based approaches alone.

From a physiological perspective, when we think about stressful memories or intense emotions, a part of the brain called the amygdala becomes activated. The amygdala plays a key role in the body’s stress response, including the release of cortisol, which can lead to feelings such as anxiety, tension, or overwhelm.

Tapping on acupressure points has been shown to send calming signals to the brain and nervous system. When this calming input is paired with gentle awareness of a stressful thought or memory, the brain begins to form new neural pathways. In simple terms, this means your brain can start to associate those previously triggering experiences with a greater sense of safety and regulation.

Over time, this can reduce the emotional intensity of certain memories or beliefs, helping you feel more grounded, at ease, and in control.

Let’s work together!

Who and what do I work with?

I work with a wide range of clients and welcome anyone who feels called to this work, with a special focus on women.

My experience includes supporting individuals navigating chronic anxiety, depression, past traumatic experiences, OCD, and those on the spectrum. I am passionate about creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where each client feels seen, understood, and empowered.

I work best with clients who are ready to engage in the process, those who are open to exploring their inner world, committed to personal growth, and willing to gently challenge themselves along the way. If you’re ready to do the deeper work and create meaningful change, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
